What CoopLINK Offers
CoopLINK is built around four core areas that give participants the experience and connections they need to take on bigger roles in the cooperative and the industry.
Member and Industry Networking. Build relationships with fellow young producers, established cooperative leaders, and industry partners across FarmFirst's seven-state membership. These connections become a lasting resource throughout a producer's career.
Dairy Promotion and Education. Learn how to share the story of dairy farming with consumers, community members, and decision makers. CoopLINK gives participants the tools and confidence to be effective spokespeople for the industry.
Webinars and Trainings. Stay current on the issues, technologies, and practices shaping modern dairy. Sessions are designed to be practical for working producers and to deepen knowledge that members can bring back to their farms.
Policy Development. Understand how dairy policy is made at the local, state, and federal levels, and learn how producers can have a voice in the decisions that affect their farms.

A cooperative is only as strong as the members who lead it. FarmFirst has long believed that investing in the next generation of leaders is one of the most important things the cooperative can do. CoopLINK is how that investment takes shape, by giving young producers the experiences, skills, and connections they need to step into roles as delegates, committee members, board members, and industry leaders.
